The Phil Sandusky Memorial Scholarship is open for current PtHA® Amateurs to apply. One $1000 scholarship is available.

Applicants must be at least a high school senior and be enrolled or have applied for full-time enrollment at an accredited post-secondary educational institution. All scholarships must be used within five years of receipt.

The recipients will be notified by February 5th of each year and announced at the PtHA® Annual Convention in Feb/March.

Application and all required materials must be completed and postmarked by January 15th of the current year and submitted to:
