Darrell L. Bilke
Executive Vice President / Chief Operating Officer
Darrell Bilke is the PtHA Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. He began his career at PtHA in 2004. Darrell has been a breeder, exhibitor, coach, trainer, and judge in the horse industry for close to 50 years. He has judged multiple World and International Shows over the years. Darrell’s goal for the Pinto Horse Association is all about the four “F”s–Family, Fun, Friendly and Fair.

Kim Hall began working at PtHA in 2004, when they moved to Bethany, OK. Starting in the accounting department, Kim quickly moved to the Executive Assistant position. Her job includes managing the Pinto World Championship and Color Breed Congress shows. She also coordinates the Annual Convention and the Color Breed Council Judges Seminars.
Kim grew up in Mustang, Oklahoma. Graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1985 witha Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Kim owned a printing company 1987–2002 in Shawnee, OK. She and her husband Charlie, have 4 kids, 3 daughter-in-laws and 4 grandsons.They have produced many horse shows, team ropings, barrel races and rodeos as a family over the years.

Miranda has been with PtHA full-time for a year but has worked our national shows for the last 9 years. She is from Indiana and moved to Oklahoma in 1982. She graduated from Meredith Manor in 2003 with emphasis in Education. Miranda works in the PtHA membership and accounts recievable departments. She is also in charge of the Pinto Heritage Foundation. She has ridden and shown multiple disciplines on multiple breeds over the last 34 years, and is currently exploring the world of minis with fellow staff members Caitlyn and Emily.

Jenna Henson is the Director of Marketing and Communications. She graduated in 2022 from Oklahoma State University with a degree in agricultural communications. She grew up around horses and competing in breakaway roping and barrel racing. She handles advertising, social media, youth, corporate partners, graphic design and the Pinto quarterly magazine. Her favorite part about her job is getting to travel with the PtHA booth and the candid photography at the shows. In her free time she enjoy hitting the gym, reading and going on coffee runs.

Bonnie has been working for PtHA since 2005 and is from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She works in the accounts receivable and membership department. Bonnie enjoys talking to members and keying the paperwork for all the departments as they come in by mail and email. Growing up, her parents and grandparents had horses. They did trail and wagon train rides. Bonnie has owned one horse and rode on trail rides on the weekends with family.

Caitlyn Uehling works for Pinto Horse Association of America as their lead in the Performance Department. She manages the shows, charters, and point records for the association. During Pinto World and Color Breed Congress, Caitlyn handles the show entries and is often the “voice behind the curtain” while at the shows. Her involvement in horses began with 4-H and continued into a successful youth and amateur career in APHA, PtHA, and AQHA. Most recently, she has begun attending AMHR/AMHA shows with fellow PtHA employee, Emily Wolf and is looking forward to participating in more shows!

Anna Pappas works in the performance department and oversees the Open Competition Activities Program (OCAP) and the On The Trail (OTT) program. Anna was an independent contractor for PtHA in 2023 before starting full-time in 2024. She graduated from William Woods University ’24 with a bachelor’s degree in Equine Administration. In her free time, Anna enjoys trail riding and doing groundwork with her horse.
